Software for the customer side of managed IT
PinnacleStack measures every ticket from your managed IT provider against the P1–P4 response and resolution times in your contract, and reconciles each monthly invoice against the accounts actually active in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Operations and finance teams get a clear record of missed SLAs, over-billed users and claimable service credits, ready for the next review or renewal.
Why we build this
Most companies with 20 to 300 employees don't have an IT department. They hire a managed service provider, sign an agreement with P1–P4 response and resolution times, and pay a per-user fee every month.
The provider has all the data: ticket timestamps, technician notes, billing counts. The customer usually gets a summary slide at the quarterly review. Operations and finance leads are left signing invoices they can't verify against the contract.
PinnacleStack gives those people their own record, built from emails they already receive and directory data they already own. We serve operations directors, controllers and office managers at companies that outsource IT fully, and in-house IT leads working with a co-managed provider.
How we work
- 01
Every number can be checked
Each SLA result links to the ticket timestamps it came from, and each invoice difference links to the directory record. If you disagree with a calculation, you can see exactly why it was made.
- 02
Read-only, always
We ask for the narrowest directory permission that lets us count accounts. We cannot change your users, licenses or settings.
- 03
No arrangements with IT providers
We take no referral fees or commissions from managed service providers, and we don't recommend or resell any provider. We are paid only by the companies that use PinnacleStack.
