How the numbers usually work out
Small businesses in the Los Angeles area typically pay a managed IT provider $150–$200 per user per month. A 20-person company on a full help desk, monitoring, security and backup plan often pays $3,000–$4,000 a month.
At $175 per user, one departed employee left on the invoice costs $175 a month. Core costs $149. If your contract includes service credits for missed SLAs, those are calculated and listed for you to claim.

Billing questions
What counts as an employee for the plan limit?
Active accounts in your connected Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace directory, excluding shared mailboxes and service accounts. We check once a month.
What happens if we grow past 75 employees on Core?
Nothing is cut off. We email you and move you to Growth from the next billing month, after you confirm.
How do the trial and cancellation work?
The 14-day trial needs no payment card. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and stop at the end of the paid month. Yearly plans are covered by our Refund Policy.
How do you invoice?
Card payment monthly or yearly in US dollars. Growth and Multi-entity can be invoiced annually by email. Prices exclude any applicable sales tax.
